The short version

Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You are never required to agree to receive marketing messages as a condition of buying anything.

Who sends these messages

Hola is a product of Digital Swap LLC, 493 Farnham Avenue, Lodi, NJ 07644. Businesses use Hola to answer their phone and their messages. When you get a text or a call from a business using Hola, the sender is that business — Hola is the software answering on its behalf, and Digital Swap LLC is the provider operating the program.

What messages you will receive

Depending on how you contacted the business and what you agreed to, messages fall into these categories:

  • Conversational replies. Answers to a question you texted, sent through SMS, web chat, WhatsApp, or a social DM.
  • Appointment messages. Booking confirmations, reminders before your appointment, reschedule and cancellation notices.
  • Order and service messages. Order confirmations with an itemized total, ready-for-pickup notices, delivery windows, and service updates.
  • Callback and follow-up messages. A summary or confirmation after a phone call, or a note that a person will call you back.
  • Promotional broadcasts. Specials, hours changes, and offers from the business — sent only to people who separately opted in to marketing messages.

How you opt in

You give consent to receive messages in one of these ways, and the business keeps a record of it:

  • You text the business’s number first, which opts you in to conversational replies about what you asked.
  • You give your number on a call with Hola and agree, out loud, to get a confirmation or reminder by text. The call is recorded.
  • You check a clearly labeled box on the business’s website, booking form, or web chat asking to receive text messages.
  • You fill out a paper form in the shop with the same disclosure printed on it.

Consent to marketing messages is always separate and always optional. You can use the business, book, and order without ever agreeing to promotional texts.

Message frequency

Frequency varies. Conversational and transactional messages are sent as needed — typically 1 to 5 messages per interaction with the business. Promotional broadcasts, if you opted in to them, are limited to 4 messages per month per business.

Cost

Digital Swap LLC does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to end messages from that business. You will get one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. You can also reply END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

To start again, reply START or contact the business directly. Opting out of texts does not stop you from calling the business or being called back about something you asked for.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for contact information, or reach Digital Swap LLC directly at admin@digitalswap.co or (855) 747-0022.

Calls and recording

Calls answered or placed by Hola may be recorded and transcribed so the business has a record of what was said. Hola discloses that it is an automated assistant when asked, and callers are notified that the call may be recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, say so and Hola will transfer you to a person or take a message instead.

Your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers and message content are used to deliver the service and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the service is also governed by our Terms of Service.

Supported carriers

The program works with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliated regional and prepaid brands. Carrier support can change without notice.
